Day 1-5 | Mvuu Lodge

Set in Malawi's premier big game park, Mvuu offers the best game viewing in the country. Mvuu's spacious rooms all have a stunning view of the Shire River and are a great spot to view the prolific local birdlife

If you choose to participate in the community involvement program, Mvuu will be your base.

After arriving at Lilongwe International Airport, take in the beautiful Malawian countryside during your scenic road transfer to Mvuu.

Day 5-9 | Kaya Mawa

Kaya Mawa Lodge is at the head of a crescent-shaped bay on the remote Likoma Island, surrounded by mango trees and ancient baobabs.

Truly a hidden gem where you can while away your days on the beach enjoying the gentle lapping of the lake waves.

After a return transfer to Lilongwe, you will catch a short and incredibly scenic light aircraft flight over Lake Malawi to Likoma Island where a representative from Kaya Mawa will be waiting for you.

Day 9 | Departure

Doesn't sound like enough? We get that. Ask us about extending your itinerary.

Concluding your time in Malawi, you'll catch another scenic light aircraft flight back to Lilongwe. From Lilongwe, you have the flexibility to either extend your travels to a new destination or begin your journey homeward.
