Lessons in Conservation (LiC) is a registered non-profit organization founded in 2018.

They believe that educating young children in rural communities will lead to a generation that grows up to love and embrace conservation and the natural world. They hope these children will share this knowledge with their peers and families.

LiC's mission is to establish a lasting platform that raises awareness about conservation in rural communities.

To date, they have spread their message to over 7,000 children across 10 African countries, and they continue to expand their reach.

With Actually Africa, we invite you to spend time with the Lessons in Conservation team to experience firsthand what they do. Venture into surrounding rural communities, leave your personal touch and make a conservation impact at the grassroots level.
